摘要

本文提出了一种基于电荷到数字转换的CMOS电容式传感器的新型直流输入ΣΔ调制器结构。采用TSMC 0.35 μm技术,在Cadence软件中设计了新型核心- cbcm ΣΔ调制器,并基于电路参数在Matlab中建立了行为模型。通过在Matlab中进行行为时域仿真,确定ΣΔ调制器参数的优化值,以提高电路的整体性能。仿真结果表明,ΣΔ调制器的动态范围为100 ~ 110 fF,分辨率可达10位。
