Cucumber has secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, saponins, and alkaloids. This study aims to determine the IC50 value of cucumber fruit extract using the DPPH method. This type of research is experimental. Cucumber extract was made by maceration method using 70% ethanol as solvent. Cucumber extract was formulated in four handbody lotion formulations with concentrations of F0 0%, FI 0.5%, F2 1%, F3 1.5% and F4 with Vitamin C 1% as a positive control. The physical evaluation test showed results that met the physical requirements of the lotion (organoleptic, homogeneous, spreadability, adhesion, viscosity, pH, lotion type and hedonic test). Antioxidant activity of handbody lotion cucumber fruit extract with a concentration of 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% has an IC50 value of 101.019 ppm, 95.656 ppm, and 91,657 ppm respectively. 摘要
