And based on the results of data analysis using t test found that leadership style (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). 摘要:本研究的目的是:1)了解和检验关于领导风格、组织文化、激励和员工工作绩效的描述是如何进行的;2)了解和检验领导风格、组织文化和激励是否同时影响员工的绩效;3)了解和检验领导风格、组织文化和激励是否部分影响员工的绩效;组织文化和激励是影响员工绩效的主要因素。根据数据分析的结果发现,同时,领导风格(X1)、组织文化(X2)、动机(X3)对苏梅内普县政府萨龙吉区办事处员工的绩效有显著影响,F算法值的显著性值小于0.05。根据数据分析结果,采用t检验发现,领导风格(X1)对员工绩效(Y)有显著影响,同样,组织文化(X2)和激励(X3)对员工绩效(Y)也有显著影响。关键词:领导风格(X1)、组织文化(X2)、激励(X3)和员工成就(Y)。
