The procedure is based on the reagent encapsulation method applied for oil slime or oil and its components contaminated soil neutralization. The results of long-term research on the stability of the encapsulated material obtained as a result of oil slime or contaminated soil neutralization on the natural and anthropogenic factors impact are given.
