This study explores the impact of emotional and spiritual intelligence on performance of faculty members for retention using structural equation modeling. The study reveals that there is significant impact of emotional and spiritual intelligence on faculty performance. 摘要

印度高等教育机构的留用政策是根据院校教员的表现制定的。迄今为止,教职员工的学历是他们招聘和选择的基础。但为了在机构中留住优秀人才,应该在机构的绩效评估系统中灌输超越认知的智力。本研究运用结构方程模型探讨了情绪智力和精神智力对教师留任绩效的影响。研究发现,情绪智力和精神智力对教师绩效有显著影响。因此,在制定保留政策时,必须将这些形式的智力纳入高等教育系统的绩效评估并加以实施。

Role of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence for Retention: A Study of Higher Education System in India
