The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination by using the help of statistical software version 20. The sample in this study were 52 people, namely the entire employee of the Kerinci district education office. This research is a descriptive causality study. One type of research is to present a complete picture of social settings or intended to explore clarification about social phenomena or reality by describing a number of variables. 摘要
