This paper describes a prototype for the gripper mechanism to acquire such wrist pulse signals supporting the generation of controlled pressure over radial pulse points. The whole system is controlled with Cortex-M4 architecture microcontroller STM32F429. Mini air-motor pump is used to inflate the cuff, which is wrapped around the wrist.
