摘要
本文提出了一种低电压、高能效的10b SAR ADC,该ADC采用电荷循环开关方式,以节省开关能量。另外,采用基于窗口的可重构比较器实现快速比较和小功耗。所提出的10b SAR ADC在90nm CMOS中工作在0.4V电源电压下,工作速度为100kS/s。测量结果表明,在奈奎斯特速率下,原型ADC在107nW下的SNDR达到55.37dB。优点系数(FoM)为2.23fJ/con .-step。
