This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique is carried out using three stages, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study found that lesson study planning in improving the pedagogic competence of BPI SMA Bandung city teachers through collaborative and sustainable learning assessments based on the principles of collegiality and mutuality, the implementation of lesson study learning was carried out using methods and media or learning aids, while in the reflection stage or evaluation of BPI SMA lesson study using the method of gathering all teachers and discussing the learning methods applied by each teacher. 摘要

本文探讨了课程研究方法在SMA BPI万隆的应用,以提高教师的教学能力。本研究采用定性方法,运用描述性方法。本研究的数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和文献法。而数据分析技术是通过三个阶段进行的,即数据简化、数据呈现和得出结论。本研究发现,课程学习规划在提升万隆市BPI SMA教师的教学能力上,透过合作与互助原则的合作与永续学习评估,课程学习的实施采用方法与媒介或学习辅助工具;在反思阶段或评价阶段,采用召集全体教师,讨论每位教师使用的学习方法的方法进行BPI SMA课程研究。本研究的目的在于了解SMA BPI万隆学校如何运用课堂学习来提高教师的教学能力。
