The variations in milling time were 36, 48, and 60 hours and the weight percentage of dispersing agent toward pigment were 80%, 100%, and 120%. 摘要

研究了研磨时间和分散剂用量对炭黑颜料溶剂型黑漆性能的影响。特别是在汽车领域,对由炭黑颜料制成的黑色涂料的需求逐年增加。黑色涂料的生产是通过研磨树脂、颜料、添加剂/分散剂和溶剂来完成的。在生产过程中,需要较长的时间和精确的颜料分散剂成分,才能得到符合预期质量的黑/固黑产品。本工作旨在研究200粒炭黑在3升球磨机上的研磨时间和分散剂的比例对涂料颜色质量尤其是黑度的影响。研磨时间分别为36、48和60 h,分散剂对色素的比重分别为80%、100%和120%。在磨矿时间为48 h,分散剂掺量为120%的条件下,得到的最佳结果为:颗粒细度为10 μm,单位粘度为111.5 krebs,固含量为36.97%,比重为0.9839 gr/cc,产品颜色为理想的固体黑色。
