摘要

顾客与员工之间的社会互动和顾客的便利性被认为是餐馆经营成功的重要因素。本研究探讨顾客舒适度、员工工作热情和顾客便利性对顾客再购买意愿的影响。本研究以雅加达Chopstix餐厅的顾客为研究对象,采用多元回归分析法对数据进行分析。结果证实,社会舒适正向影响员工的再购买意愿,而员工的工作热情与顾客便利没有显著的关系。
