摘要

本试验旨在研究添加木瓜粉和姜黄粉对肉鸡屠宰重、胴体重和屠宰率的影响。本研究于2019年10月至11月在北苏门答腊大学农学院畜牧研究项目的范围内进行。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD), 4个处理,5个重复。处理为P0 =对照饲料;P1 =加入0.5%姜黄粉;P2 =加入5%的木瓜叶粉;P3 =添加0.5%姜黄粉和5%木瓜叶粉。观察的参数为胴体重、胴体重和胴体率。结果表明,饲料中添加姜黄饲料和木瓜叶对35日龄肉仔鸡屠宰重、胴体重和屠宰率均无显著影响。各处理有添加番木瓜叶的切重和胴体重优于姜黄和对照的趋势。本研究的结论是,添加木瓜叶粉和姜黄粉作为饲料添加剂对肉鸡胴体没有影响。
