Models for do-check-act subcycle for development processes
The development process is a part of the lifecycle of a product. For a project manager it is important to design the process in an efficient manner from the point of view of human resource yield. This can be done by an objective approach based on parameterizations. To perform this easily, and to verify the configuration versions for tasks, the project manager is in need for flexible tools. This paper presents the kernel elements of a tool usable in assistanting the project manager. Elements like developer and reviewer that are modeled as hybrid systems, containing both continuous time parts and finite states subsystems, are used. Two case studies illustrate the manner of work and obtained results.
