摘要

本文假设图书馆系统服务器系统是基于指数分布的,利用马尔科夫生灭过程建立了图书馆服务器系统的数学模型。该模型由查普曼柯尔莫哥洛夫微分方程建立,并利用Mathematica软件求解。对不同的故障率和修理率进行了分析。研究结果与图书馆有关部门进行了讨论,以提高图书馆的工作效率。
