摘要

快速充电站对居民配电网的耗电量较大,对配电系统的线损影响较大。此外,快速充电站的位置也会影响到与快速充电站相关的总成本。在确定快速充电站在配电网上的位置时,需要综合考虑这两个因素。针对小区快速充电站规划问题,提出了一种多目标蚁群优化算法,其目标是在保证系统安全的前提下,使配电系统的线路安装总成本和线路损耗最小化。利用IEEE 69总线系统,用三种电池尺寸的情况来验证所提出的技术。结果表明,该方法在满足技术、地理和安全约束的情况下,以最小的总成本和损失找到了快速充电站在居民配电上的最佳位置。
