The administrative decisional process from classical to innovative approach

Over the past few years it has been observed that the public sector, especially the public administration, faces very complex, unstructured and unregulated socioeconomic problems. The solutions applied to these problems no longer produce results, thus perpetuating from one government to another. The methods used to identify solutions also do not help to locate the most appropriate and adequate decisions. In this context, there is a need to review the ways in which decision-making processes are carried out and the identification of the most qualitative decisions. Thus, in this article we will explore ways to improve decision-making processes by introducing innovative approaches which exist in the literature on the subject.
