摘要

基于计算机视觉的新兴三维扫描技术在电机和汽车三维建模等工业应用中受到越来越多的关注。本文开发了一种利用单目视觉快速自动获取被扫描物体三维尺寸的三维扫描系统。首先介绍了三维扫描系统的工作原理。然后给出了结构。该系统由一个摄像机、一个直线激光发生器和一个带直流电机的旋转平台组成。系统软件采用c#语言和EmguCV库功能开发,实现图像处理。此外,还通过制作的原型进行了实验。实验结果表明,所开发的系统实现了对被扫描物体三维尺寸的快速获取,具有结构简单、成本低、易于扩展、三维重建快速等特点。
