摘要

信息技术通识教育是高校综合教育质量的重要组成部分,是大学生自主学习、终身学习、科学研究和知识创新的基础,是提高高等教育质量、创新人才培养模式的重要手段,是信息时代对公民素质的必然要求。当前,中国高校信息技术通识教育改革正处在一个重要的转折点上。社会需求和教育发展模式的变化迫使我们思考如何改革高校信息技术教育,如何将传统的计算机课程实施到信息技术课程,从学生的计算机技术知识培养到大学生信息素养教育,探索适合高校信息技术教育作为通识课程的教育模式,适应信息时代的需要。
