Tagging, provides meaningful descriptions of resources for more efficient searching and recommendation. However, Tagging still exists some issues unsolved. The frequency of the tags can be a distribution, modeled accurately. Only few tags can be searched with high frequency, but the tags are too generic to identify one from the other. On the other hand, the determinations of low-frequency tags are unstable for most queries, due to infrequent presence.
