In corporation with the ground TT&C network which includes both the Chinese and French ground stations, the on board TT&C system helps the mission achieve the GRB (Gamma Ray Burst) and ToO (Target of Opportunity) observation which is of an urgent time limitation less than 12 hours. The board to ground interface and strategy of telecommand uploading are introduced.
