Based on the atmospheric boundary turbulence theory and the parabolic wave equation, the propagation model considing the randomized refractivity is proposed. The numerical simulation compared the influence of theturbulence the results shaows that accounting for the physical mechanism of the atmosphere turbulence is s an important factor.
