So that the POLRI as a state institution needs to make improvements. One of the improvements made by POLRI at this time is through a talent management program that aims to manage POLRI talent to become quality future POLRI leaders. This study focuses on looking at the influence of talent management on employee engagement and the performance of POLRI members. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of talent management on employee engagement and employee engagement on member performance. 摘要

印度尼西亚国家警察是维持安全和公共秩序、执法、保护、庇护和服务社区领域的国家工具。POLRI在履行职责时,不得不与民间社会直接接触,当今时代的社会发展越来越关键地突出了POLRI的专业精神和表现。因此,POLRI作为一个国家机构需要做出改进。POLRI目前所做的改进之一是通过人才管理计划,旨在管理POLRI人才,使其成为高素质的未来POLRI领导者。本研究着眼于人才管理对员工敬业度和POLRI成员绩效的影响。本研究结果表明,人才管理对员工敬业度有正向影响,员工敬业度对成员绩效有正向影响。希望本研究能为印尼国家警察人才管理的持续和优化提供参考。
