Design was performed using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) that would consider the needs of the fisherman. Function Analysis System Technique (FAST) was also used to develop the technological capability. Cost reduction was accomplished by employing the FAST method based on the highest costing component and using a value engineering approach. Influence of the equipment on the fishery industrial cluster performance was then predicted using causal loop diagram. It is aimed to identify an influence index.
