The research method applied in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results indicates that work culture (X) had a significant positive effect on performance (Y). 摘要
本研究旨在分析工作文化对SD IT An-Nuriyah Sekayu教师绩效的影响。本研究采用了一手数据和二手数据。数据收集技术是通过观察和向25名受访者的所有成员分发问卷来进行的。本研究采用的研究方法是简单的线性回归分析。结果表明，工作文化(X)对绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响，本研究对通过工作文化来提高绩效有帮助
