The stationary, semi-stationary and non-stationary environments with simultaneous and preliminary setting is described in the article. The concepts of stationary, semi-stationary and non-stationary environments with simultaneous and preliminary setting of elementary production modules are introduced. Such environments use the mechanisms of artificial intellect with adaptive behavior, including self-organization, based on the creation by a system of cause-and-effect relationships to achieve the target functions of management and development in real time.
