E-government and government management optimization-oriented by citizen needs

This paper focuses on the shortcomings of government information management in meeting citizens' needs from the service functions of e-government. Under the conditions of the network age, the platform improvement and function expansion of e-government are of vital significance for the construction and reform of service-oriented government. At present, government and community network platforms and smart device application software have shown fruitful features such as rich functions, smooth operation and fast response, but there is still room for improvement and adjustment for users' actual use and operation. This paper will focus on the needs of different groups and different levels of citizens, specifically including the barriers to use of the elderly, disabled and floating population, as well as the security needs of citizens, information sharing needs and community business processing needs. This is an entry point for e-government and government management reveals countermeasures and suggestions to make the e-government of local governments more intelligent and humane.
