摘要

开放量子点中的电子可以看作是电子波在电势中的共振。从理论上研究了开放谐振腔中量子点波函数与电磁波的关系。在此基础上,利用HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator,高频结构模拟器)对相应空腔的传输函数和场分布等特性进行了仿真。仿真结果与实验结果吻合。该方法可用于量子点和电子波导性质的研究。
