MAT (Mobility support Architecture and Technologies) which has been developed by the authors, also requires the similar modification. The modification of the protocol stack of the terminals has the difficulty for wide spread of IP mobility function using the seamless handoff. In order to solve this problem, we propose a user-space implementation of MAT in this paper.
