It is stated that the description of the labor market is carried out by its qualitative and quantitative characteristics. The specific features of managerial decision-making processes are determined. It is determined that forms of labor market management are differentiated by subjects and objects of the management system. An individual form of management is considered and analyzed, where the ultimate object of management action is always the person, the person who demands the management entity. The basic methods of labor market management are analyzed: administrative, economic and traditional. The structure of the regional labor market management system is proposed, which includes: management objectives, management methods, organizational support, information support and legal support. An information model of labor market management has been developed.
