摘要

从系统科学的角度来看,一个建设项目的多个目标可以看作是一个系统。通过多目标协同优化,提高了目标系统的协调度。引入了效能系数和系统协调度的概念,分别建立了成本、时间、质量和资源的亚目标系统效能函数,并据此提出了建设项目目标系统协调度的优化模型。采用一种新的算法对模型进行优化。在介绍了算法的基本原理后,给出了一个数值算例。
