摘要
题为“一种新的四端对导纳标准通用校准方法”(1991)的论文简要描述了市售的四端对电容标准(4TP C STDs)的校准方法。由于我们使用网络分析仪和1 kHz电容桥建立了4TP C STD的精确校准方法,因此本文描述了在10 MHz频率下对1000 pF空气介质4TP C STD进行校准的方法。
