Considering recent PV power plant investment don’t involve electricity market environment, this paper proposes three different trading patterns of PV plants: full-power day-ahead market settlement, signing long-term CFD or selling electricity to grid with fixed electricity. The PV plant revenue model uses dynamic investment payback period, internal rate of return and cost-benefit ratio to analyze the impact of different patterns on investment. 摘要

随着中国电力市场化改革的发展,国家选择在8个省份开展电力现货市场试点。光伏电站需要面对实时波动的现货市场价格,使得投资决策变得更加复杂。考虑到近期光伏电站投资不涉及电力市场环境,本文提出了三种不同的光伏电站交易模式:满负荷日前市场结算、签订长期差价合约或售电固电。光伏电站收益模型采用动态投资回收期、内部收益率和成本效益比来分析不同模式对投资的影响。案例研究表明,在电池中签订差价合约可以有效缩短光伏电站的投资回收期,提高投资回报。
