We report an investigation aimed at determining the teaching competencies for the development of mentoring and identify perceptions that students have about the tutor. Highlights the skills developed by the tutors, same as described from training (domain knowledge), socialization and interpersonal (values, attitudes, communication) which are conductive learning environments based on the highest standards of living and professional development.
