However, in cultivation activities, there are still constraints in the supply of porang seeds which are lacking so that production cannot meet export demand. Porang regeneration system in vitro is one alternative that supports the efforts of mass production of porang seedlings and breeding with biotechnology. The purpose about this study was for obtain porang regeneration that optimal method in vitro, both through organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis with explant using leaf of porang and with different concentrations and types of PGR. This research was conducted by descriptive and visual analysis.
