So that education about procedural procedures at PPNS is absolutely necessary. On the community factor, the constraints are more on the lack of education of traders, buyers and traditional market managers. This is due to the low average level of their formal education. The re-conceptualization of the “Safe Market from Hazardous Materials” program is needed to maximize education on all elements related to traditional markets. Regarding the problem of infrastructure, the current Budget for Funds and Operational Facilities from Sub-Directorate I of the Trade and Investment Industry (Indagsi) of the Ditreskrimsus Polda East Java is limited, so it is urgently necessary to prepare a budget that fits operational needs.
