The purpose of the study is to improve the informative value of the oral glucose tolerance test for early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus by eliminating enteric interference and extracting diagnostic information from its data. The article describes a mathematical model of glycemic dynamics. This allowed the introduction of fundamentally new diagnostic parameters of diabetes mellitus - the coefficients of the model, individualized for the examined patient by clinical data.
