A method called thermal flow rate detecting technique is proposed to detect the airspeed in arc quenching chamber in this paper and a hot-wire airflow sensor which has advantages of low-cost, low power consumption and rapid thermal response time is designed. Computer processing technology is used to specify the speed of fluid by establishing mathematical model based on sensing mechanism of the transducer in a constant temperature operation mode. 摘要

对灭弧室内气体流动运动的认识不足,是分析和设计高性能气泵断路器的主要障碍。本文以可拆卸的膨化断路器模型为研究对象。本文提出了一种热流量检测技术来检测灭弧室内的空速,并设计了一种成本低、功耗低、热响应时间快的热线式气流传感器。利用计算机处理技术,根据传感器在恒温工作模式下的传感机理,建立数学模型来确定流体的速度。通过数据融合算法实现了传感器的温度补偿和线性补偿,并在实验平台上对所设计的流量计进行了静态标定,证明了热线传感器在断路器上的应用是可行的。
