摘要

在三相不平衡管理中,静态无功发生器(SVG)可以作为电流源来补偿不平衡负载,降低三相不平衡节点电压。合理配置SVG补偿点,既能提高三相不平衡治理效果,又能降低投资成本。针对SVG补偿点的合理配置问题,提出了一种基于负序电流的聚类算法来确定SVG补偿点,并以负序电压、网损、投资成本最小为目标,建立了求解SVG补偿容量的数学模型。通过ieee33总线仿真验证了该方法的可行性和经济性。
