Cladophialophora bantiana orbital cellulitis after penetrating injury.

A 75-year-old immunocompetent male presented with a right orbital cellulitis after a foreign body penetrating injury. He was taken for orbitotomy with foreign body removal and started on broad-spectrum antibiotics.
