Management of Pincer Nail Deformity by Realignment of Nailbed Using a Dermofascial Graft.

Pincer nail deformity is an uncommon entity which can be painful and cosmetically unappealing. We describe our technique of correcting this deformity by realignment of the nailbed using a dermofascial graft.
