Successful Re-transplantation of Kidney in a Child with Heterozygous Prothrombin G20210A Mutation.

Prothrombin (PT) G20210Amutation is one risk factor for early renal allograft loss in pediatric kidney transplantation. There is no consensus whether screening for this mutation is necessary in all children undergoing transplantation.
