OAE examination was performed on the day before the single dose of cisplatin (day 0), day 3, 4 and 7 after curcumin administration.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There was a decline in the average value of SNR in all groups starting from high frequency. Abstract

Introduction: This study, assess the efficacy of curcumin therapy in preventing/improving cochlear damage in Rattus norvegicus ototoxic model as evaluated with OAE examination.

姜黄素对顺铂所致耳毒性的预防作用
前言:本研究通过OAE检查评估姜黄素治疗对褐家鼠耳毒性模型耳蜗损伤的预防/改善作用。材料与方法:本研究采用单剂量顺铂8mg/KgBB注射27只大鼠,分为3组。第一组不给姜黄素。第二组接受150 mg/KgBB剂量的姜黄素。第三组接受300 mg/KgBB剂量的姜黄素。顺铂单次注射第0天至第7天给予姜黄素。分别于单次给药顺铂前一天(第0天)、姜黄素给药后第3、4、7天进行OAE检查。结果:各组信噪比均值从高频开始呈下降趋势。而姜黄素组大鼠信噪比值下降缓慢,各组信噪比值差异有统计学意义。结论:一定剂量的姜黄素可能会减少中度的、统计学上不显著的平均信噪比值的下降,这表明顺铂的耳毒性降低。
