Optical coherence tomography revealed multiple intraretinal cysts, and fluorescein angiography revealed characteristic petaloid dye leakage from the perifoveal capillaries. A cause-effect relationship was suspected when CME resolved after switching from latanoprost to dorzolamide, as confirmed by positive rechallenge and dechallenge tests.
