The use of adjuvant radiation in instances with an advanced stage, poor prognostic indicators, and inadequate resection is supported by evidence. Abstract

Purpose of review: There is no clear consensus guideline that specifies the optimum course of treatment for adult head and neck osteosarcoma (HNO) because of its rarity.
