Abstract

Preventing relapse of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-immunoglobulin G-associated disease (MOGAD) with steroids and immunosuppressants is sometimes difficult. There is no standard treatment for refractory cases. We present the case of a 17-year-old female patient with longitudinally extensive myelitis, asymptomatic bilateral optic neuritis, and positive serum MOG-IgG.
