We evaluated the clinical outcomes of heart transplant recipients in patients with COVID-19. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> We enrolled twenty-two COVID-19 cases of adult heart transplantation from February 2020 to September 2021. <b><i>Results:</i></b> The most common symptoms in patients were fever and myalgia.
