Abstract

Vitamin A alcohol activates arylsulfatase (aryl-sulfatesulfohydrolase, EC 3-1.6.1) and inhibits β-glucuronidase (β-d-glucuronide glucuronohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.31) of rat colon.
