The flavonoids were detected by Analyticl thin layer chromatography using standards and by HPLC. Results:Three  flavonoid aglycones were extracted  with ethylacetate (Kaempferol .Quercetin , Isorhamnetin) and one flavonoid glycoside (Rutin) was detected in the  ethanol /water  90% extract. Abstract

Objective: In the present study, screening for some flavonoids (aglycone and glycoside) in tamarix aphylla by using thin layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromat-ography. Methods: The leaves of   Tamarix.aphylla was extracted by soxhlet with Ethylacetate and then with the ethanol /water 90%. 伊拉克柽柳科部分黄酮类化合物的提取与检测
目的:采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法对柽柳中部分黄酮类化合物(糖苷类和糖苷类)进行筛选。方法:柽柳叶。采用索氏提取法,先用乙酸乙酯提取,再用乙醇/水90%提取。采用标准品薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法对黄酮类化合物进行检测。结果:乙酸乙酯提取了3种黄酮类苷元(山奈酚、槲皮素、异鼠李素),乙醇/水90%提取物中检出1种黄酮类苷元(芦丁)。结论:从本研究可以得出,柽柳是一种具有多种药理作用的类黄酮化合物
