The existence of compensation in the form of compensation, restitution and rehabilitation provided by the perpetrator to the victim considering the impact caused by the perpetrator's actions, physical, social, and psychological impacts. Although the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 7 (seven) years and 6 (six) months. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the legal protection of victims of sexual intercourse in the criminal justice process against residents who experience mild mental retardation.
