In this paper, a high-sensitivity temperature sensor is proposed and realized based on the micro-nano fiber structure. The degree of linearity and sensitivity of the sensor are 98.6% and -0.0121 dBm / °C, respectively. Besides, the preparation process and influencing factors of micro-nano fiber are also introduced and discussed in detail. Abstract
